Summary:

Grace Lutheran is well known for its impact on the City of Bradford and surrounding communities. Their ministry positively affects the surrounding neighborhoods and they have grown beyond current facilities. Architectura was commissioned to Master Plan a new 500-seat Sanctuary to address these needs. Along with the new Sanctuary additional storage, classroom, chapel, and office spaces were created to better serve the people of Bradford. Interior renovations included an expanded multi-purpose space and gathering (Narthex) space. New front entries and site improvements have been allocated for, to improve Grace Lutheran’s visibility within the City of Bradford.

The current facility has a very long axis. The Master plan addresses creating a cohesive looking campus by placing the new Sanctuary between two existing buildings. This will improve interior traffic flow and utilize exterior building materials for both the new addition and renovation to the existing building.
