Summary:

The existing cafeteria was dated and institutional looking. The renovation completely upgraded all of the finishes providing beauty and durability. Attributes to the design included: New furniture, period sensitive lighting, and decorative finishes that reflect the original 1930’s structure. Wheelchair traffic is heavy in this facility, therefore a new half wall defines the dining from the main traffic area. The outcome was a relaxing atmosphere that says “dining” for employees and residence.
