Jennifer Takatch, AIA
Principal
As President of Architectura, Jennifer is a successful leader and collaborator, with 40 years of experience in architecture and interior design. Jennifer’s mission for each project is to balance her client’s functional requirements, budget and aesthetics into a place embodying quality and uniqueness. She naturally collaborates with clients, design professionals and contractors, understanding that all play a vital part in a successful project. Her diverse experience includes municipal, education, worship, and single-family homes. She thrives on renovation projects where her attention is on the details.
Jennifer is involved in her community through volunteering at the Rochester Design Center, Hope Church in Greece, and AIA Rochester where she has served on the board in multiple positions. She is the recipient of the 2019 AIA Rochester Medal of Distinction and 2019 RBJ Women of Excellence Honoree.

Stephen Takatch, AIA
Architect
Steve has over 35 years of experience in Architecture. His creative and responsive approach provides clear architectural programming and budget-conscious design solutions. His responsibilities include all aspects of a project from feasibility studies thru construction administration. His project experience includes a variety of construction types and occupancy uses. In his free time, he likes bicycling and sailing in the Finger Lakes.

Theresa Bender, Assoc. AIA
Project Manager
Theresa Bender has over 20 years of experience as an associate architect in Architectural design. She enjoys working on diverse projects from single and multifamily residential to medical facilities and educational spaces to municipal projects. These all bring their own opportunities to grow as an architect. She is experienced in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Photoshop. These programs bring projects to life for the client.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time watching her 3 boys at their different sporting events with her husband. She also enjoys cuddling with her adorable Westie and singing in her church worship team.

Valerie Intini, AIA
Architect
Valerie is a licensed architect where her experience includes Single Family Residential, Mixed-Used Facilities, Interior Design, K-12, Municipal, and various Commercial Projects for private and non-profit clients. Her knowledge in assorted design and visual software include Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper, Lumion, Enscape and Photoshop. In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball at Hotshots, relaxing with family and friends, and spending any spare moment she can with her bunny, Tucker!

Kamillah Thayer, AIA
Architect
Kamillah Ramos Thayer has gained much of her experience on a diverse range of project types including educational, municipal, and laboratory work, with a primary focus on multi-family housing. She is passionate about creating high-quality homes of all types, and is committed to ensuring New York State residents have a beautiful place to call home.
That dedication carries through every stage of the process, from early design to construction oversight, ensuring each project aligns with the Client’s vision and expectations. Kamillah thrives on the collaborative energy that emerges when developers, contractors, architects, engineers and end users come together to shape thoughtfully executed buildings.

Zach Frazier, AIA Associate
Designer
Zach has worked on a range of projects spanning single-family residential to corporate retail. He has experience producing in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Enscape, and Speclink. Zach is inspired by regionally impactful, thrifty, and nature-focused projects that have intrinsic value to unique clients in peculiar and/or remote places. Outside of work, Zach can be found studying regional architecture, managing his real estate side hustle, roughhousing with his children, having new experiences, exploring the Finger Lakes region, skateboarding, and attending church on Sunday.

Geraldine Dettman
Office Manager
Geri has 35 years of experience in all facets of construction. Geri is a graduate of St. Agnes High School and Rochester Business Institute.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her 5 grandchildren ranging in age from 7-19. She also enjoys cooking, especially creating new tastes that pair well with other foods.
