Location: Pittsford, New York Summary: The renovations to this home required two additions. The 600 square foot master suite was incorporated over the existing one-story garage. The new 225 square foot kitchen addition provided an open and functionally pleasing space while re-energizing a less used dining room. A mudroom was incorporated in the existing footprint, allowing a more gracious entry. The work required Architectural Review Board approval.
