Additions and renovations to an existing family lake house. The first floor 620 square foot addition included an expanded kitchen, new foyer, den, and laundry room. The second floor 362 square foot addition included a bedroom with an alcove. The third floor 509 square foot addition included a master suite with bathroom and dressing room. Included in the renovations were 2 1/2 new spiral staircases that lead to three new decks allowing access to outdoor space from each bedroom in the house.
