Summary:

A classic example of “Universal” design concept was the basis of design for this client.  The addition included a free-flowing Ensuite Master bedroom, Living Room, Kitchen, to a three-season screened porch with views to the rear yard and in-ground therapy pool were some of the design directives. 

The neighborhood is very dog-friendly and walkable requiring a gracious street-side front gathering porch.  The exterior building materials were selected for their low maintenance aspects.  The design solution will allow this client to age-in-place.  (Frankly, why would you consider living anywhere else?)
