Summary:

A very mature maple was uprooted and deposited itself on the clients’ deck destroying much of the existing structure.  Ironically the couple was contemplating refreshing the existing deck when the tree helped advance their decision.  Architectura provided design ideas that included a multi-use new deck, new stairs to the lower level gardening shed and to the lakefront yard.  A new three-sided, gable roof, cozy master bedroom extension with a wood-burning fireplace was also added to the renovations.
