Summary:

Complete interior and exterior alterations to a one story, 39,000 square foot one story building. Alterations included new offices, laboratories and manufacturing spaces for three technology companies: Advion, Conamix & Ecolectro.  The laboratories included several fume hoods, a clean room and a “dry room” that provided ultra-low humidity.
